All our production and post production work is now being done within the Pro Tools 10 environment. Technology is changing all the time so after years of using SSL Soundscape for audio work the landscape has changed and the sheer power and cross-project compatibility of Avid's workstation became impossible to ignore. So we look forward to better workflow and quicker turnarounds on projects.

Sound Engineering at top London studio SIDE
Over the last year or so Justin has been doing quite a bit of sound engineering work at top London studio SIDE. They specialize in voice recording for all the top Games companies and it's been great fun working with their in-house team of engineers, project managers and directors.

'New Eden' Commissioned
Congratulations to co-creators Brett and Freek! New Eden the series has been commisioned and will be available via HuHa, a UK based animation/comedy channel on YouTube.
New Eden is an animated sci-fi web comedy following the adventures of Murray and Hamilton, two starship crewmen marooned and fighting for their lives on a primordial world after their starship crash lands on the wrong planet!
We're looking forward to seeing [and hearing] the new creatures and characters that live in this strange planet!

'Big Society' is winner at Bornshorts in Denmark and will be in Competition at Brief Encounters in November.
Nick Scott's film 'Big Society', recently featured on the BBC site, is continuing to engage audiences all over Europe. After winning at Bornshorts in Denmark it is set to play in competition at the Uk's biggest short film festival Brief Encounters in November. Here's what top British actor Paddy Considine said about the film when he saw it earlier this year: "I was convinced this was real for the first few minutes. I think it's a great idea and could evolve into something more than a short. Darkly comic and worthy of more exploration." see the film and find out more here |
Tate Britain's viral Apocalypse!
We've recently finished sound and music duties on the amazing new film by Simon Burrill. The film was commissioned by London's Tate Britain for their upcoming exhibition of works by John Martin and features stunning visual effects courtesy of The Mill. More details to follow... see it here |
